Digital Detox Drop in Space:
WesWell and the Student Health Advisory Committee are collaborating on screen-free drop in space for students. We are hosting our first drop-in session Friday from 2:30-4:00 in Woodhead Lounge and will have coffee and light refreshments provided by Perkatory! We hope this event provides a space for students to engage in screen-free activities such as crafts, reading, or even mindfulness activities. We will also provide information and flyers about strategies to lower your screen time.



Emotional Fitness Workshop:
Join WesWell for a new training opportunity! WesWell is launching our own “Emotional Fitness” training this spring. This training allows students to redefine and explore their relationship with themes of resiliency, emotional regulation, and stress management. The goal is to help students better understand when resilience is necessary to push through challenges, and when we need to give ourselves time to recoup. This training will be held on 4/1/26 from 3:00-4:30 in Usdan 108. Cupcakes will be provided by Nora’s Cupcakes for attendees!
