MELLON MAYS UNDERGRADUATE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

The MMUF is designed to broaden the range of scholarly perspectives in institutions of higher education. MMUF achieves this by supporting students who are working toward applying to graduate school in a range of fields in the humanities and social sciences. The program provides summer and academic year fundingmentorship, and a community of students all exploring the possibility of earning a Ph.D.

* Note that MMUF is intended to be and is designed as a two-year program supporting students from the summer before junior year until graduation. In this way, current juniors are eligible to apply and are indeed considered fully, but preference is given to current sophomores.
