Dear Class of 2027,
We hope that your sophomore year is off to a splendid start!
As you settle in for the fall semester, we want to put some information related to study abroad on your radar. Some study abroad programs have due dates as early as this December, so it’s never too early to start thinking about where you may want to study abroad and checking the application deadlines for your dream program to leave ample time to apply!
For those of you who may be interested in applying to study in Japan or at the Oxford Colleges in England, some applications for programs during your junior year are due towards the end of 2024. The Japan Study Program, one of a handful of pre-approved programs in Japan, has some application components due in December. If you are interested in studying at an Oxford college, information about Oxford’s various programs can be found on ViaTRM, Wesleyan’s study abroad portal. Even if you’re not thinking about studying abroad in one of these locations, it’s always a good idea to check the application dates for programs you may be interested in.
