Happy Spring Semester!

Welcome back, ’27!

I hope you had some time during the break to reflect on the fall term and get ready for this semester.

Here are a few dates to keep in mind; please make sure to look at the academic calendar for a more comprehensive list:

February 21: For classes that are student option, this is the last day to select your grading mode.

March 9-March 24: Spring Break!

May 1: Last day to withdraw from full semester and 4th quarter courses

  1. Drop/Add runs until February 7. Make sure that you’re being communicative with your instructors as well as both persistent and flexible in approaching drop/add generally.
  2. Now that you have survived a semester, this is a good time to reflect on what went well in the fall term, as it can be a huge transition intellectually, socially, and emotionally. Give yourself a moment to be proud of yourself!
  3. There is simply nothing more important than learning to self-advocate and becoming comfortable asking for help.

If do you feel like there are things that you could improve upon in terms of time management and study skills, please be in touch with our wonderful Academic Peer Advisors:
