Dear Incoming Students and Parents of Incoming Students —
One of the most important reasons you chose Wesleyan University is the dynamism, openness, and rigor of its academic programs. A group of the faculty at Wesleyan are making an opportunity available to all students interested in integrated and interdisciplinary majors, language study, film, art studio, and psychology. We would like to offer a succinct introduction to how to integrate these major tracks with your initial exploration of the entire curriculum at Wesleyan.
The faculty would like to welcome you to Zoom information session introducing you in particular to our interdisciplinary colleges which are three-year majors (students declare in Spring of the first year)—
the College of Letters, the College of Social Studies,
and the College of East Asian Studies–on Thursday June 22 at 12-1:15pm EST (over zoom: https://wesleyan.zoom.us/j/9547524765).
The directors of these colleges along with our colleagues from majors that also have significant pre-declaration expectations—Health Professions (“Pre-Med”) track, Film, the College of Design and Engineering Studies, Psychology, Art Studio, Romance Languages, Russian and East Asian Studies, Global South Asian Studies, and more—invite you to join us for brief introductions to our programs and the chance to submit questions (both beforehand and live). Please join us. We are excited to meet you and are eager to tell you about our world-class academic curriculum.
